i need your input

for all you runners out there, i've decided i need a new playlist to run to. i never really made one last year and so far this year, i've just been putting my nano on shuffle and skipping the songs that i don't like to run to. this year i'm going to make a playlist. any suggestions of songs you like to run to or that really motivate you?

hey anna! i'm really loving running to coldplay's viva la vida. the whole album. i guess i skip a few of the slower songs, but overall it's perfect for a quick 30 min run!

The Resolution by Jack's Mannequin gets me motivated. But I really find that the music that motivates me are the songs I am really into at the moment. My running music playlist changes frequently...

I don't run anymore, but when I did I loved MuteMath. They have a good mix of high energy and "just-plug-away" kind of songs.

Teason - B & I love that entire album. I have Frank Sinatra (from that same album) on my spinning playlist.

I'm Yours is my favorite single right now...I think it's peppy enough that you could run to it.

I have a couple. Linkin park's new album has some alright songs, Daft Punk's 2007 Alive tour is pretty good, techno-ish though. But then there are the old standby's: Enter Sandman, Rocky Theme, Thunderstruck, Welcome to the Jungle, Bulls on Parade. That's me though.

Sandy Patty. ha ha. ha ha haaa ha he he ho. really, that's funny stuff. If you like to laugh while you run, that is. I think I'm tired.
Ok, really. I like Mute Math for running when I feel like i need to plug along. BUT...I also like to feel like I'm Sydney Bristo running my arse off due to all my super-spy secret CIA vs.relational angst stuff ...and when I feel like that, it's Coldplay or Copeland. I don't know why. It just is. Try it. You'll feel like a star!
