this was my route on sunday. 5 whole miles!! i didn't run the whole time, this includes the walking to warm up and cool down. but it was HARD! the whole section on 18th street is pretty steep up hill. i didn't realize that til i got there. not fun. anyway, thought you'd like to see
the map of where i went! the little flag with the dot in the middle is our house and is the starting and ending point.
